Take a break and stretch it out. This beginner-friendly, accessible yoga session for teens includes simple poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises to help you relax, reset, and feel great. No experience needed to participate.
Open youth in middle school and high school. This program will be hosted in English. Space is limited; registration required.
Esta sesión de yoga, adecuada para principiantes y accesible incluye poses sencillas, técnicas de respiración y ejercicios de concentración que te ayudarán a relajarte, restablecerte y sentirte bien. No es necesario tener experiencia para participar.
